Computer Operations Analyst Linux Systems Admin
Overview
Own Linux administration and enclave compliance for classified environments at scale, ensuring system integrity and availability. Collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and InfoSec teams across on-site Chandler operations. This role blends hands-on system administration with vulnerability remediation and RMF/STIG compliance. Expect growth through Red Hat Linux expertise and security certifications.
What You'll Do5
- 1Build and sustain Linux systems and enclave compliance while supporting on-site engineering and manufacturing environments
- 2Design and implement server and client configurations to meet capacity, performance, and security requirements with Red Hat knowledge
- 3Lead vulnerability remediation and security hardening in RMF, STIGs, and DFARS aligned environments
- 4Provide technical support for computers and networks, connect clients and servers to data networks, and instruct users on hardware and networks
- 5Support lab and off-network environments, domain migrations, and engineering application installation and troubleshooting
Requirements5
- 1Must have Linux systems administration experience (RedHat Enterprise Linux preferred)
- 2Meet 8140 IAT level II requirements ( Security+, CND, CCNA-Security ) or ability to obtain within 6 months
- 3Ability to obtain and maintain U.S. Government Secret level security clearance
- 4Bachelor’s degree with 1+ years IT experience or Master’s with 0+ years (level 2) or higher for level 3
- 5Willingness to work on-site in Chandler, AZ and travel up to 25%
