Requirements5

  • 15+ years of experience in construction home remodeling compliance safety training quality operations or related field
  • 2Working knowledge of contractor licensing permitting jobsite documentation safety training OSHA standards incident reporting corrective action management
  • 3Experience developing policies building SOPs supporting market rollouts conducting audits maintaining records delivering training and driving accountability
  • 4Strong organizational skills managing multiple markets deadlines records renewals compliance calendars and documentation systems
  • 5Executive-level communication influencing field teams managers and senior leaders
