You will own a caseload of children in state custody classified as Level 3. Successful placement focuses on unique client/family needs. What You'll Do9
- 1Build therapeutic relationships with children and families to develop effective treatment plans
- 2Design and implement individualized therapy sessions aligned with clinical assessments
- 3Lead crisis intervention consultations as part of interdisciplinary teams
- 4Develop comprehensive psychosocial evaluations annually for case management
- 5Drive implementation of trauma-informed care practices across service delivery
- 6Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate care and support services
- 7Maintain accurate documentation and communicate progress to stakeholders
- 8Utilize evidence-based interventions tailored to developmental and intellectual disabilities
- 9Foster safe therapeutic environments that promote trust and emotional intelligence
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree with licensure eligibility or on licensure track
- 2One year of experience working with children with developmental or intellectual disabilities
- 3Valid driver’s license and automobile insurance
- 4Reliable transportation method
- 5Ability to pass background check and drug screening
