Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor’s degree preferred
- 3Industry certification preferred
- 4Valid driver’s license may be required
- 53 or more years of property management experience
- 6Multifamily property experience required
- 7Track record as a supervisor preferred
- 8Strong understanding of financial statements
- 9Experience with Yardi or similar property management software
- 10Knowledge of federal state and local fair housing laws
