- 8Support maintenance requests and package logistics
- 9Participate in turn-related activities and policy enforcement
- 10Collaborate with team on seasonal promotions and community initiatives
- 11Ensure compliance with fair housing regulations
Requirements10
- 1High school diploma or equivalent with ongoing education enrollment
- 2Bachelor's degree in business administration marketing communications accounting IT public relations
- 35+ years experience in residential sales or community management
- 4Strong organizational skills and reliability
- 5Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- 6Ability to work evenings weekends summers and during turnover periods
- 7Physical stamina for standing walking and climbing
- 8Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
