Overview
Lead electrical and mechanical infrastructure commissioning for raised access floors and data center products. Support fast‑paced purchasing and coordinate cross‑functional teams to meet client requirements while maintaining warranty compliance and sustainability goals.
What You'll Do14
- 1Work with local factory installation teams to ensure correct electrical equipment installation for warranty status
- 2Collaborate with purchasing to deliver Tate‑furnished electrical items on schedule
- 3Review specifications and drawings to verify project compliance
- 4Develop commissioning scopes and align with customer agents
- 5Troubleshoot on‑site with installers and contractors
- 6Manage third‑party electrical installers and commissioning agents during integration
- 7Evaluate and onboard new vendors for electrical additions
- 8Analyze material costs and commodity trends to secure competitive pricing
- 9Track industry standards and lead times to identify alternative supply chains
- 10Maintain vendor relations and resolve non‑conformances professionally
- 11Support project forecasting for resources and materials
- 12Assist with critical situation resolution and uphold compliance policies
- 13Raise compliance concerns through proper channels
- 14Ensure adherence to product compliance and sustainability strategies

- 15+ years building electrical systems with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading complex installations
- 310 years experience in electrical/mechanical commissioning
- 4Supply chain management for large‑scale projects
- 5Vendor sourcing and negotiation skills
- 6Cost driver analysis for electrical procurement
- 7Material management and inventory control proficiency
- 8MRP system familiarity
- 9Technical drawing interpretation ability
- 10Microsoft Office 365 competency
- 11Travel requirement of 50‑75% to facilities and sites
