CAI seeks a highly skilled Commissioning Engineer to lead MEP and control system commissioning across complex projects. This role ensures systems meet specifications and standards while driving successful project delivery.

- 1Oversee commissioning of MEP and control systems
- 2Conduct inspections and troubleshoot equipment to verify specifications

- 5Assist in MEP design reviews
- 6Coordinate field activities with technicians and trade partners
- 7Perform functional tests to validate system performance
- 8Troubleshoot issues during commissioning for efficient safe operation
- 9Prepare test reports and commissioning documentation
- 10Ensure compliance with codes and safety regulations
- 11Track commissioning deliverables and coordinate with project managers
- 12Collaborate with stakeholders for smooth project execution
- 13Maintain detailed records for future reference
Requirements11
- 15+ years building commissioning with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading cross-functional teams
- 3Bachelor’s degree in Engineering
- 4Experience in life sciences or mission critical industries
- 5Strong knowledge of electrical mechanical and control systems
- 6Familiarity with commissioning procedures and testing methodologies
- 7Proficiency with technical drawings and specifications
- 8Excellent problem solving and analytical abilities
- 9Ability to travel to job sites as required
- 10Certifications such as CCP or BCxA
- 11Knowledge of Cx Alloy and Kneat tools
