- 2Search and examine public records including leases, subleases, deeds, liens, and easements to determine ownership and restrictions.

- 4Summarize findings into title commitments and reports with clear, concise language.
- 5Identify and resolve discrepancies or missing information through targeted research and documentation.

- 7Use Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, and property data platforms to track and deliver results.
- 8Handle a paperless, fast-paced workload, prioritizing tasks across multiple projects.
Requirements7
- 13+ years of commercial title experience in Texas, covering searching, examining, and writing commitments.
- 2Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat/Pro, internet research, and property data platforms.
- 3Solid grasp of legal and real estate terminology as used in title examination.
- 4Track record of analyzing complex information and solving problems independently.
