What You'll Do12
- 1Study plan specifications to plan procedures for construction based on timing and staffing
- 2Assemble members of organization including subcontractors suppliers and vendors
- 3Order procurement of tools and materials to align with work schedules
- 4Confer with supervisory personnel and subcontractors to interpret specs and coordinate phases
- 5Address workforce complaints and grievances
- 6Collaborate with supervisors and engineers to resolve construction issues
- 7Inspect work in progress to verify quality and schedule adherence
- 8Serve as Competent Person for site safety
- 9Prepare or review progress reports and adjust schedules accordingly
- 10Direct major maintenance and reconditioning projects
- 11Conduct employee evaluations
- 12Oversee daily operations and allow flexible arrival times
Requirements6
- 1High school diploma or GED
- 2Minimum 10 years construction experience
- 3Computer literacy using Microsoft Office and Procore
- 4OSHA 30 Hour certification
- 5First Aid and CPR certification
- 6Power activated tools and forklift certification
Salary Insight
$90 - $110k per year
