What You'll Do7
- 1Coordinate project activities and supervise crews and subcontractors
- 2Read and interpret blueprints and specifications for new and reroof projects
- 3Maintain communication with clients and project contacts regarding scheduling and progress
- 4Verify material deliveries and inventory at job sites
- 5Conduct safety oversight and toolbox talks ensuring compliance with company policies
- 6Complete project closeout documents and assist with quality control
- 7Travel between job sites as required
Requirements5
- 13+ years commercial roofing installation experience
- 2Knowledge of multiple commercial roofing systems and manufacturers
- 3Ability to read blueprints and understand specifications
- 4Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office proficiency
- 5Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
