What You'll Do8
- 1Lead daily field operations for commercial roofing and sheet‑metal projects from mobilization through closeout
- 2Build and manage project schedules crew assignments material deliveries equipment rentals and site logistics
- 3Verify installation quality and compliance with drawings scopes of work manufacturer specifications and building codes
- 4Coordinate subcontractors and suppliers while communicating clearly with project managers inspectors building owners and sales reps
- 5Monitor labor materials production and budget performance identify risks and implement solutions
- 6Maintain accurate daily reports photographs schedules change documentation punch lists and closeout records
- 7Champion jobsite safety professional customer service and clean organized work areas
- 8Travel to support assigned projects as needed
Requirements10
- 1At least five years of roofing construction supervision or related project‑management experience
- 2Commercial roofing experience required with prior superintendent or comparable leadership role preferred
- 3Experience with TPO EPDM PVC modified bitumen coatings metal roofing
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints scopes of work specifications and manufacturer installation requirements
- 5Proven leadership and subcontractor‑management skills
- 6Strong communication organizational documentation and problem‑solving abilities
- 7Comfortable using smartphones mobile applications CRM platforms and basic computer systems
- 8Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- 9Ability to safely climb ladders access roofs work at heights and lift up to eighty pounds
- 10Successful completion of drug screening and background check
