What You'll Do9
- 1Build detailed estimates across all commercial roofing systems including labor materials equipment and pricing
- 2Design value engineering recommendations to meet client and project requirements
- 3Review drawings specifications and warranty requirements to ensure accuracy and compliance
- 4Support sales by attending client meetings to assess roof conditions and recommend solutions
- 5Maintain current material pricing and negotiate with suppliers and manufacturers
- 6Compile submittals manufacturer documentation and complex project-related paperwork
- 7Participate in pre-bid post-bid and handoff meetings with sales and project management teams
- 8Conduct risk analysis generate job cost reports and ensure contract compliance
- 9Drive scaling initiatives through process optimization and continuous improvement efforts
Requirements10
- 1Valid driver’s license in accordance with state laws and company driving policies
- 2OSHA 10 certification and strong knowledge of safety standards
- 3Solid understanding of commercial roofing systems codes and industry standards
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints submittals and technical specifications
- 5Proficiency with Google Workspace Microsoft Office The EDGE and Pipedrive
- 6Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- 7Excellent time management communication and interpersonal skills

- 95+ years of experience in construction estimating
- 10Continuing industry education as relevant to estimating duties
