Own field operations for large-scale commercial foundation and structural concrete projects at scale, coordinating multiple crews across sites. What You'll Do10
- 1Build daily field ops including layouts, formwork, rebar, and pours to meet project milestones
- 2Supervise foremen, laborers, finishers, and subcontractors across multiple job sites
- 3Monitor schedules, productivity, and quality to ensure timely delivery
- 4Enforce safety regulations and safe work practices on all sites
- 5Interpret blueprints and project specs to guide field execution
- 6Coordinate with stakeholders to align field activities with plans
- 7Resolve field issues and maintain clear field-office communication
- 8Drive continuous improvement in field operations to reduce rework
- 9Ensure compliance with project quality standards and safety programs

Requirements6
- 18+ years of commercial concrete construction experience
- 23+ years in a Superintendent or field leadership role
- 3Strong knowledge of commercial foundations and structural concrete
- 4Experience managing multiple crews and subcontractors
- 5Proficient in reading blueprints and solving field-related issues
- 6Proven ability to manage construction schedules and field operations
