Overview
Lead Commercial Concrete and Masonry Projects with expertise in Concrete Cutting & Coring, GPR Scanning, and Firestop. Manage daily operations at scale while establishing a gold standard for site safety. This full-time onsite role in Bowie MD offers autonomy to drive project execution and mentor field crews in a high-growth environment.
What You'll Do6
- 1Direct daily commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, and firestop operations to ensure strict specification compliance
- 2Enforce rigorous on-site safety protocols aligned with OSHA guidelines
- 3Supervise and mentor field crews to foster professional growth and instill pride in workmanship
- 4Coordinate daily project schedules and material logistics to maintain efficient field timelines
- 5Monitor real-time construction quality and intervene to correct deficiencies before budget impacts
- 6Maintain clear communication between field personnel and executive leadership regarding project milestones
Requirements5
- 1Minimum of 2 years of leadership experience within commercial concrete cutting & coring, GPR scanning, or firestop operations
- 2Active OSHA 10 or OSHA 30 certification with proven safety enforcement track record
- 3Demonstrated self-starter mentality seeking advancement into higher organizational roles
- 4Prior experience conducting formal safety stand-downs or tool-box talks for trade crews
- 5Completion of formal concrete, masonry, or safety management training program
