What You'll Do12
- 1Handle day-to-day administrative functions including scheduling, calendar management, and workflow coordination
- 2Draft, proofread, and edit internal and external communications while maintaining brand consistency
- 3Execute alumni college transfer request workflow from start to finish
- 4Collaborate with Registrar on school-wide testing logistics and examination management
- 5Maintain departmental budget records and support major counseling event logistics
- 6Update web content and create print/digital materials that are clear and visually polished
- 7Serve as primary point of contact for colleges, students, and families with clarity and warmth
- 8Exercise sound judgment in directing questions to appropriate staff while maintaining confidentiality
- 9Partner with counselors and faculty to support application processes and schoolwide calendar management
- 10Troubleshoot issues to ensure smooth experiences for all stakeholders throughout the college process
- 11Maintain a welcoming office environment and coordinate special projects as needed
- 12Handle logistics for college visits, workshops, and family events including A/V needs and catering
Requirements8
- 1Minimum High School diploma with Bachelor's degree preferred
- 22-3 years administrative or communications experience in fast-paced settings
- 3Strong discretion, professionalism, and work ethic with exceptional writing skills
- 4Meticulous attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 5Familiarity with Google Workspace and ability to learn new tools quickly
- 6Experience in education or independent schools is a plus
- 7Ability to collaborate in a dynamic team-oriented environment
- 8Commitment to student success and fostering positive relationships
Salary Insight
$80 - $105k per year
