What You'll Do6
- 1Develop, edit, and optimize CNC programs for milling and turning operations
- 2Interpret blueprints, CAD models, and GD&T to create accurate toolpaths
- 3Select tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies to maximize efficiency
- 4Collaborate with machinists, engineers, and production teams to improve processes
- 5Troubleshoot programming and machining issues on the shop floor
- 6Support continuous improvement initiatives and reduce cycle times
Requirements5
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons of experience in machining environments
- 3Strong knowledge of CNC machining processes including milling turning and multi-axis
- 4Ability to read and interpret blueprints and GD&T
- 5Hands-on machining background is highly preferred
