Overview
We are seeking an experienced CNC Onsrud Router Table Operator Programmer to join our production team at our Apopka FL headquarters and production facility. This role involves programming setting up and operating CNC router equipment to produce high-quality parts efficiently. The ideal candidate has strong technical expertise and can work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
What You'll Do11
- 1Set up and operate CNC router machines to produce parts to specification
- 2Interpret blueprints technical drawings and work orders
- 3Select appropriate tooling feeds and speeds for various materials
- 4Perform machine setup calibration and routine maintenance
- 5Inspect finished parts to ensure quality standards and tolerances are met
- 6Troubleshoot programming and machining issues to minimize downtime
- 7Maintain a clean organized and safe work environment
- 8Collaborate with engineering and production teams to improve processes
- 9Ability to program CNC Onsrud router tables using appropriate CAD/CAM software
- 10Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- 11Strong understanding of machining principles tooling and materials

- 12+ years of experience operating and programming CNC router tables Onsrud preferred
- 2Proficiency in CAD/CAM software Mastercam EnRoute AlphaCAM or similar
