What You'll Do9
- 1Design and program part models using Fusion 360 to meet engineering specifications
- 2Set up and operate CNC milling equipment according to production schedules
- 3Perform daily quality inspections and document results
- 4Train junior operators on machining best practices
- 5Analyze production data to identify process improvements
- 6Maintain shop floor safety standards and report incidents
- 7Collaborate with engineering team to develop new machining solutions
- 8Ship finished components to customers while meeting delivery timelines
- 9Implement automation scripts to streamline repetitive tasks
Requirements9
- 15+ years experience as a CNC Mill Machinist
- 22-3 years proficiency with Fusion 360 or similar CAD software
- 3AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification preferred
- 4Proven ability to design and fabricate complex metal components
- 5Strong understanding of GD&T principles and blueprint reading
- 6Experience with lean manufacturing techniques and waste reduction
- 7Excellent problem solving skills with hands-on technical expertise
- 8Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- 9Valid driver's license for equipment transport duties
