Requirements10

  • 15+ years building precision parts with Spark and Airflow
  • 23-5 seasons hands-on machining experience
  • 35+ years blueprint reading and GD&T proficiency
  • 4Mastercam certification preferred
  • 5Strong attention to detail and problem solving abilities
  • 6Lean Manufacturing mindset
  • 7Quality inspection background beneficial
  • 8Certification in CNC Programming recommended
  • 9Experience with CAM software and toolpath generation
  • 10Familiarity with metrology tools and measurement standards
