What You'll Do7
- 1Build relationships with machine shop owners and engineers to present ISCAR tooling solutions.
- 2Analyze customer CNC programs and toolpaths to recommend indexable carbide inserts and end mills that boost productivity.
- 3Demonstrate tool performance on-site, proving reduced cycle time and cost per part.
- 4Develop tailored machining strategies for aerospace, automotive, and energy sectors.
- 5Coordinate with internal applications engineers to solve complex metal cutting challenges.
- 6Track sales metrics and customer feedback to refine territory approach.
- 7Train customers on best practices for CNC tool selection and maintenance.
Requirements7
- 13-5 years of machining or industrial sales experience.
- 2CNC programming experience and a college degree in engineering or industrial fields preferred.
- 3Strong technical aptitude for metal cutting processes.
- 4Willingness to travel within the New Jersey territory.
- 5Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- 6Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- 7Valid driver's license and reliable vehicle.
