CNA/HHA Caregiver, Home Care, $20-$22/hr
Overview
You will provide direct care to clients in Millis, MA, earning $20-$22/hr with weekly pay. You will own daily personal care, mobility support, and light housekeeping for 1-2 clients per shift. You join a team focused on flexible schedules with short and long shifts, first and second shifts, weekdays and weekends. What You'll Do8
- 1Assist clients with personal care including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- 2Provide companionship and emotional support during each shift
- 3Assist with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
- 4Prepare light meals and assist with feeding if needed
- 5Perform light housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe living environment
- 6Document care provided and report changes in client condition to supervisor
- 7Communicate professionally with clients, families, and care team
- 8Adapt to varying shift lengths and schedules including weekends
Requirements6
- 1Active CNA or HHA certification in Massachusetts
- 21+ year of caregiving experience preferred
- 3Reliable transportation and ability to travel to Millis, MA
- 4Ability to lift and transfer clients up to 50 lbs
- 5Professional communication skills, both verbal and written
- 6Dependable and compassionate with a strong work ethic
