Partner with a small team and members to build strengths, skills, and goals. Bilingual Spanish skills enhance connection with diverse members. You will drive the Transitional Employment Program and foster a culture of recovery and empowerment.

You will own clinical oversight of the ICM step-down program in San Diego, leading a team of Case Managers to deliver whole-person care. You will coordinate with physical health providers and community resources to ensure clients access medical, educational, social, vocational, and housing supports.
