Cloud DevSecOps Engineer IV, CI/CD & Harness
Overview
You will own the CI/CD pipeline architecture for a Cloud DevSecOps team at Techgene Solutions LLC, securing software delivery across GitHub, Harness, and PowerShell environments. Reporting to the DevSecOps Manager, you will work with 15+ engineers and security analysts to automate compliance gates. This role offers the challenge of scaling secure pipelines in an AWS environment, with a focus on Harness integration and PowerShell automation.
What You'll Do8
- 1Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Harness and GitHub Actions to automate deployment of AWS infrastructure.
- 2Integrate security scanning tools like Snyk and SonarQube into the Harness pipeline to enforce policy as code.
- 3Lead the migration of existing Jenkins jobs to Harness, reducing build times and improving traceability.
- 4Develop PowerShell scripts to automate Azure and AWS resource provisioning and configuration.
- 5Enhance GitHub branch protection rules and enforce signed commits across all repositories.
- 6Partner with QA and Ops to define SLAs for pipeline uptime and support incident response.
- 7Drive the adoption of Terraform for infrastructure as code, integrating with Harness for policy checks.
- 8Document pipeline standards and create runbooks for DevOps engineers onboarding to Harness.
Requirements8
- 15+ years in DevSecOps or DevOps engineering with a focus on CI/CD.
- 2Hands-on experience with Harness and GitHub for pipeline orchestration.
- 3Proficiency in PowerShell scripting for automation and configuration.
- 4Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
- 5Working knowledge of cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
- 6Strong understanding of security practices like SAST, DAST, and SCA.
- 7Ability to implement Infrastructure as Code using Terraform or CloudFormation.
- 8Familiarity with DevSecOps concepts and tools like Snyk, SonarQube, or Aqua.
