Overview

LanceSoft is hiring multiple Clinical Therapists to deliver individual and group therapy, crisis intervention, case management, and treatment planning for clients facing mental health and substance use challenges. Work onsite in Columbus with a collaborative team and standard Monday–Friday hours. This role emphasizes clinical documentation and strong communication with clients, families, and community providers. What You'll Do10

  • 1Build and provide individual and group therapy to clients to improve outcomes within the first 90 days
  • 2Collaborate with clients, families, and community providers to coordinate care and establish treatment plans
  • 3Deliver crisis intervention and support services in high-need situations
  • 4Document clinical notes and progress in an organized, compliant manner
  • 5Engage in case management activities to connect clients with community resources
  • 6Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings to align on treatment goals
  • 7Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed
  • 8Contribute to program development by sharing insights on effective interventions
  • 9Maintain high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and client safety
  • 10Assist in program onboarding and training for new staff

Requirements5

  • 1Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or equivalent experience
  • 2Active Ohio license/credential: LCDC II, LCDC III, LPC, LPCC, LSW, LISW, LICDC, or LICDC-CS
  • 3Valid Ohio Driver’s License and proof of insurance
  • 4Strong communication, documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills
  • 5Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
