What You'll Do7
- 1Provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals couples and families
- 2Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- 3Deliver evidence-based interventions for anxiety depression trauma and relational issues
- 4Maintain accurate timely and compliant documentation following state regulations
- 5Participate in clinical supervision case consultation and staff meetings
- 6Collaborate with colleagues referral sources and community partners to ensure continuity of care
- 7Uphold ethical professional standards aligned with Ohio licensure and company policies
Requirements5
- 1Master’s degree in Social Work Counseling Psychology or related field
- 2Active Ohio license LSW LPC LISW LPCC or equivalent
- 3Experience providing outpatient mental health treatment preferred
- 4Strong interpersonal skills cultural humility and commitment to client centered care
- 5Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a supportive team
