Overview
You will own clinical supervision and treatment plan development for children with autism spectrum disorder. Lead a team of ABA staff, conduct behavioral assessments, and deliver high-quality care across Santa Clarita. What You'll Do8
- 1Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans using ABA methodologies.
- 2Supervise and mentor ABA therapists, providing feedback and guidance on intervention strategies.

- 4Collaborate with families and interdisciplinary teams to ensure cohesive care for each child.
- 5Deliver training sessions for staff on ABA techniques and ethical practices.
- 6Maintain accurate documentation and compliance with BCBA standards and company policies.
- 7Lead team meetings to review cases and share best practices across the clinical team.
- 8Provide direct therapy support during initial assessments or when coverage is needed.
Requirements6
- 1Master's degree in behavior analysis, psychology, or related field.
- 2Active BCBA certification.
- 33+ years of clinical supervision experience in ABA settings.
- 4Strong leadership and communication skills for team coordination.
- 5Bilingual in Spanish to support diverse families.
- 6Experience with autism spectrum disorder and functional behavior assessments.
