We seek a dedicated Clinical Practice Coordinator to lead patient care and staff education at our Lebanon clinic. What You'll Do19
- 1Respond to clinical staff queries promptly
- 2Educate patients and families on procedures and symptom management
- 3Oversee patient scheduling and adjust priorities dynamically
- 4Act as liaison between providers staff administration and external partners
- 5Lead team mentorship and teach essential clinical skills
- 6Develop and maintain patient communication workflows
- 7Supervise Medical Assistants in clinical processes
- 8Train new clinical staff and conduct monthly educational sessions
- 9Participate in goal setting and evaluate departmental performance
- 10Ensure confidentiality and implement OSHA compliance
- 11Assess care quality and recommend improvements
- 12Schedule surgeries and support provider coverage
- 13Prepare operative reports and update clinical documentation
- 14Analyze physician workflow needs and suggest operational changes
- 15Maintain practice management systems and backup during leadership absences
- 16Meet quarterly with HCO leadership to discuss strategy
- 17Recommend departmental policies and conduct continuing education
- 18Update nursing procedures through in-service training
- 19Engage in professional development and industry conferences
Requirements9
- 1Five years medical/clinical experience or bachelor's degree in health-related field
- 2Experience with BLS certification
- 3Valid driver’s license and satisfactory motor vehicle record
- 4Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
- 5Strong communication skills both oral and written
- 6Good judgment and professional ethics
- 7Familiarity with medical clinic technical principles
- 8Preference for orthopaedic and managerial background
- 9Post-secondary education in health-related field preferred
