Requirements9
- 1Current RN license in Colorado with active BSN from accredited institution
- 2Minimum 5 years clinical experience with ortho surgery specialization
- 3Proven leadership experience as RN coordinator or charge nurse
- 4Specialty certification in orthopedic nursing or related field
- 5Demonstrated expertise in healthcare quality management programs
- 6Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret registry data and produce reports
- 7Excellent verbal and written communication abilities for cross functional collaboration
- 8Physical stamina to stand and interact frequently with patients and providers
- 9Ability to operate vehicles safely and navigate complex healthcare environments
