- 7Monitor patient acuity and adjust care plans dynamically based on real-time clinical needs
- 8Drive process improvements in patient flow and care delivery efficiency
- 9Mentor junior staff through shadowing and knowledge sharing initiatives

- 11Ensure compliance with all regulatory standards and institutional policies
Requirements9
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading clinical teams in fast-paced environments
- 3BLS certification and current California nurse aide license
- 4Assaultive Behavior Training meeting AB508 and SB1299 standards
- 5Certified Nurse Assistant credential or enrollment in accredited nursing program
- 6Excellent customer service skills demonstrated through patient interactions
- 7Strong communication abilities for interdisciplinary collaboration
