What You'll Do9
- 1Provide basic patient care under the supervision of the RN team member
- 2Build scalable data pipelines using Python and AWS to support clinical analytics
- 3Design and implement React components for internal dashboards
- 4Lead Kubernetes clusters for high availability services
- 5Own daily operations of a night shift unit ensuring patient safety and satisfaction
- 6Ship new features according to sprint goals
- 7Debug production issues and drive performance improvements
- 8Drive adoption of best practices in cloud architecture
- 9Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver healthcare solutions
Requirements11
- 15+ years building ETL pipelines with Spark and Airflow
- 23-5 seasons leading nursing assistant teams
- 3Current California Nurses Assistant Certification or enrolled in accredited program with completion of at least one clinical semester
- 4AB508 Training completed within ninety days
- 5Ability to read write and speak effectively in English
- 6Flexible availability for variable shifts including nights weekends and holidays
- 7High school diploma or equivalent
- 8Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
- 9Dexterity coordination and visual auditory acuity
- 10Strong communication skills both verbal and written
- 11Freedom from signs of illness and infection
