Requirements11
- 15+ years leading clinical support roles in acute care settings
- 2CPC Card certification preferred

- 55+ years experience with Spark and Airflow for data-driven decision making
- 6Physical stamina to perform all nursing-related tasks including lifting and mobility assistance
- 7Proven ability to manage complex patient needs under high-pressure conditions
- 8Strong interpersonal skills with demonstrated empathy in diverse patient populations
- 9Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support mandatory
