Requirements11
- 15+ years progressive RN experience in acute care settings
- 2BCLS certification current
- 3ACLS certification current
- 4PALS certification required for critical care roles
- 5BSN preferred but not mandatory
- 62-3 seasons managing nursing staff
- 7Proven track record of leading multicultural healthcare teams
- 8Expertise in trauma resuscitation protocols
- 9Familiarity with AWS infrastructure for health data solutions
- 10Experience deploying Kubernetes for scalable applications
- 11Strong analytical skills demonstrated through data-driven decision making
