What You'll Do11
- 1Design and implement clinical workflows that improve patient throughput and satisfaction
- 2Mentor and develop nursing staff through coaching and professional development initiatives
- 3Maintain accurate documentation using EPIC EMR system
- 4Conduct assessments and order point-of-care tests as needed
- 5Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to coordinate patient care
- 6Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulatory standards
- 7Develop training programs for new hires and existing staff
- 8Analyze clinical data to identify areas for process improvement
- 9Implement quality assurance measures to enhance patient safety
- 10Manage floating assignments and day rotation schedules
- 11Participate in shift coverage planning and resource allocation
Requirements10
- 15+ years Emergency Department nursing experience
- 22 years Emergency Nursing certification required
- 3AHA Certified BLS ACLS PALS NRP & TNCC certifications preferred
- 4License verification and credential validation
- 5Medical clearance and health statement submission
- 6Background check clearance including sex offender registry
- 7Respiratory protection fit test completed
- 8Tetanus immunization records available
- 9Certification in medication administration and advanced dysrhythmia management
- 10TB screening and symptom survey completion if indicated
