Requirements11
- 1Complete an accredited nursing program
- 2Hold current RN license in North Carolina
- 3Possess at least six months of acute care nursing experience
- 4Obtain Basic Life Support certification within six months of hire
- 5Secure American Heart Association ACLS certification prior to employment
- 6Demonstrate proficiency with electronic health records
- 7Show commitment to patient-centered care excellence
- 8Maintain valid CPR certification throughout tenure
- 9Exhibit strong communication skills for interdisciplinary collaboration
