What You'll Do10
- 1Manage new client intake activities including referral calls and documentation
- 2Serve as primary contact for clients families and referral sources
- 3Coordinate client services across multiple locations ensuring efficient referral flow
- 4Communicate client needs to managers and care team members
- 5Support field staff with timely information and follow-up
- 6Maintain accurate records using electronic systems and Excel
- 7Assist with office operations and process improvement initiatives
- 8Build relationships with referral partners and community organizations
- 9Prioritize tasks and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
- 10Represent BAYADA professionally and compassionately
Requirements7
- 1Bachelor's degree preferred but recent graduates welcome
- 2Experience in home care healthcare or referral coordination preferred
- 3Strong communication and organizational skills
- 4Proficiency with Excel and electronic systems
- 5Ability to travel to Cumberland and Gloucester offices
- 6Positive service-oriented attitude
- 7Demonstrated initiative and ability to manage multiple priorities
