What You'll Do10

  • 1Respond to client and internal inquiries daily, updating clients on status and escalating to senior reps as needed.
  • 2Research and escalate internal issues impacting client servicing, coordinating with internal departments on deliverables and resolutions.
  • 3Analyze inquiry trends to identify training needs or opportunities for automation, then implement solutions.
  • 4Meet with client contacts regularly to review pending items and prepare agendas, minutes, and meeting coordination.
  • 5Execute reviews of internal reporting and reconciliations, escalating issues to the senior CSR when necessary.
  • 6Collaborate with teams to share insights and improve client experience, understanding each client's organizational structure.
  • 7Stay current on internal technology solutions and conduct client demos to teach platform usage and reduce manual intervention.
  • 8Communicate product enhancements to clients and conduct training sessions under supervisor guidance.
  • 9Participate in firm-wide events and read communications to stay informed on activities.
  • 10Adhere to policies and identify ways to reduce email attachments and client-sensitive information risks.

Requirements6

  • 1Bachelor's degree (BA) or equivalent experience.
  • 2Verbal and written communication skills.
  • 3Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
  • 4Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • 5Comprehensive working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
  • 6Language skills commensurate with office location and client relationships supported.
