- 7Utilize a playbook to ensure consistent quality of care and advocacy
- 8Assist clients in interpreting service information and resolving complex issues
- 9Participate in prospect meetings and align cross-functional teams
- 10Coordinate logistics for service delivery across regional offices
- 11Drive continuous improvement in client satisfaction and retention outcomes
Requirements9
- 1High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 33-5 years of relevant experience
- 4Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- 5Ability to travel 20% of the time
- 6Experience with HR technology platforms such as Spark and Airflow
- 7Proven track record in client-facing roles
- 8Commitment to diversity and inclusion principles
- 9Understanding of talent program structures and career development frameworks
