Overview

As the Enterprise Change Manager, you will drive adoption of enterprise-wide initiatives across Insperity's U.S. operations. You'll partner with leadership to identify risks, engage stakeholders, and build change capabilities that stick. Your work directly shapes how thousands of employees embrace new processes and technologies. This role stands out for its focus on measurable adoption and its seat in the Change Management Office.

What You'll Do9

  • 1Executes change strategies that accelerate adoption and business outcomes across enterprise initiatives.
  • 2Conducts stakeholder identification, analysis, and engagement, including listening sessions and workshops.
  • 3Facilitates focus groups and feedback loops to surface concerns and barriers early.
  • 4Builds collaborative relationships with cross-functional teams to strengthen commitment.
  • 5Develops and executes readiness action plans, monitoring real-time adoption indicators.
  • 6Identifies organizational risks, dependencies, and barriers, then escalates emerging issues.
  • 7Supports training coordination and delivery, ensuring materials are practical and used.
  • 8Analyzes adoption data to spot trends, report progress, and recommend continuous improvements.
  • 9Enhances change management tools, templates, and standards, sharing lessons learned across initiatives.

Requirements10

  • 15+ years supporting organizational change, employee engagement, or training in cross-functional settings.
  • 2Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, OD, HR, Education, or Psychology.
  • 3Change Management certification (Prosci, CCMP, or equivalent) preferred.
  • 4Proven ability to facilitate stakeholder discussions and lead engagement activities.
  • 5Strong communication and presentation skills, with active listening at the core.
  • 6Skilled in building relationships and influencing without direct authority.
  • 7Knowledge of change impact, stakeholder analysis, and readiness assessment.
  • 8Ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable adoption improvements.
  • 9Strong organizational skills with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
  • 10Critical thinking and problem-solving, with clarity in messaging to diverse groups.
