What You'll Do10

  • 1Schedule patients and coordinate evaluations re-evaluations reminders and cancellations
  • 2Handle patient scheduling appointments multi phone line and patient liaison activities
  • 3Collect new patient intake information track clinic referrals and insurance verification
  • 4Process payments verify insurance coverage and collect copayments
  • 5Distribute mail open correspondence and route reports to doctors and billing
  • 6Fax reports to physicians log incoming reports and maintain documentation
  • 7Send benefits paperwork to billing companies and maintain logs of reports
  • 8Communicate scheduling and patient arrival status with office manager and clinicians
  • 9Provide information to patients and potential patients about services and processes
  • 10Ensure accurate data entry and maintain attention to detail across tasks

Requirements9

  • 1High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
  • 3Excellent communication and multitasking skills with attention to detail
  • 4Empathetic demeanor and patient-focused problem solving
  • 5Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality
  • 6H.S. graduate or GED certificate
  • 7Strong collaboration with clinicians and office staff
