Overview
As a Client Advisor-Hybrid, Operations Associate at Louis Vuitton Brookfield Place, you will split your schedule between client relationships and back-of-house efficiency. You will own the full client journey, from discovery to after-sales, while ensuring operational excellence supports the store's business strategy. What You'll Do6
- 1Build lasting client relationships by understanding each client's needs and guiding them across Louis Vuitton collections.
- 2Proactively reach out to clients to achieve individual and team sales goals, using CRM tools to track interactions.
- 3Manage back-of-house operations, including inventory control, stock organization, and shipment processing, to ensure seamless store flow.
- 4Support the client experience by maintaining a pristine sales floor and ensuring product availability.
- 5Collaborate with the store team to execute visual merchandising and marketing initiatives that drive engagement.
- 6Handle client transactions and after-sales service with precision, upholding the Louis Vuitton promise of excellence.
Requirements7
- 12+ years of experience in luxury retail or client-facing service, with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
- 2Strong communication and interpersonal skills to forge lasting client relationships.
- 3Ability to multitask in a fast-paced retail environment, balancing client and operational duties.
- 4Proficiency in Microsoft Office and POS systems; experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
- 5Flexibility to work a hybrid schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- 6Passion for the Louis Vuitton brand and the luxury retail sector.
- 7High school diploma required; bachelor's degree preferred.
