What You'll Do11
- 1Attend and complete PFG Entry Level Driver Trainee program
- 2Complete all training documentation per requirements
- 3Ride with and assist driver trainer during deliveries
- 4Perform DOT compliant safety checks on tractor and trailer
- 5Report safety hazards immediately
- 6Inspect trailer load and verify freight security
- 7Count and document items before departure
- 8Drive to and deliver customer orders according to schedule
- 9Unload products and obtain customer signatures
- 10Collect payments and process returns
- 11Maintain daily service hour records and logs
Requirements11
- 1High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- 21 year PFG training program completion
- 3Valid CDL permit and DOT health card
- 4Age 21 years or older
- 5Clean Motor Vehicle Report for past 3 years
- 6Pass post-offer drug test
- 7Ability to lift and handle 60-90 pound loads
- 8Experience with two-wheeler and lift gate equipment
- 9Certification in Forklift Operation preferred
- 10Valid commercial driver's license with air brakes
- 11Demonstrated ability to follow DOT regulations
