Own the road as a CDL-A utility driver on our Dedicated Dry Van Fleet, running steady midwest routes with guaranteed weekly pay of $1,600. Learn multiple dedicated fleets, fill in where needed, and bank a $2,000 hiring bonus. Roll with a family-owned carrier for 40+ years, driving Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks, all under 3 years old. Night driving required, home on weekends, and all expenses paid orientation.

You will own a dedicated dry van utility route, driving CDL-A trucks across the midwest and filling in for multiple fleets as needed. You will earn $0.60 cpm, with guaranteed weekly pay of $1,600, plus multi-stop pay at $25 per stop, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. You will drive newer Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with refrigerators and double bunks, with weekends home and out 10-14 days. You will haul oversized flatbed loads across the country, with average earnings of $88K and top performers reaching $98K. Starting pay is $0.64 CPM, plus stop, tarp, and over-dimensional pay. You will run a Volvo 860 or Freightliner Cascadia in a fleet with an average age of 16 months. Training is provided, and you will receive a $5,000 hiring bonus.

Drive dedicated regional routes from Red Oak, TX, hauling preloaded, no-touch freight to retail stores across TX, CO, NM, OK, KS, AR, LA, and MS. Log roughly 2,500 miles per week with 2–3 days out at a time, earning $0.63 per mile plus stop and detention pay. You own the wheel of a 40-foot trailer, delivering store orders across IA, OK, MO, WI, AR, IL, KS, MN, NE, SD, ND, and CO. You earn $1800-$1850+/WK with $0.75 CPM, $20/Stop, and $285/Trailer Unload.
