What You'll Do8
- 1Complete CDL-A orientation in Roseville, MN or Appling, GA, fully paid, and grab your $1,000 first dispatch bonus.
- 2Operate a Volvo 860 or Freightliner Cascadia with modern amenities, covering 10-14 day out runs.
- 3Haul dry van freight across the midwest, adapting to multiple customers and routes as a utility driver.
- 4Handle multi-stop loads with $25 per stop pay, ensuring on-time deliveries.
- 5Log daily miles, track PTO accrual from day one, and use the Rolling Strong driver app to stay fit.
- 6Run night shifts, maintain a clean driving record, and communicate with dispatch via the provided iPad.
- 7Earn a $3,000 referral bonus by bringing in qualified driver friends.
- 8Manage your own schedule with weekly home time, utilizing the pet and rider policy for companionship.
Requirements7
- 122 years of age or older.
- 2Valid Class A CDL license.
- 31+ years of Class A CDL OTR or regional experience.
