Overview
You will own a dedicated dry van utility route, driving CDL-A trucks across the midwest and filling in for multiple fleets as needed. You will earn $0.60 cpm, with guaranteed weekly pay of $1,600, plus multi-stop pay at $25 per stop, and a $2,000 hiring bonus. You will drive newer Volvo 860 and Freightliner Cascadia trucks equipped with refrigerators and double bunks, with weekends home and out 10-14 days. What You'll Do8
- 1Drive dedicated dry van routes across the midwest, hauling freight and covering for multiple fleets as a utility driver.
- 2Learn multiple dedicated fleets and adapt to different routes and customers as needed.
- 3Manage multi-stop loads, coordinating with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries.
- 4Complete night driving shifts as required, maintaining a clean driving record.
- 5Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure equipment safety and compliance.
- 6Use the Rolling Strong app and access driver lounge benefits to maintain health and comfort.
- 7Accrue PTO starting the first day, and utilize floating holidays each year.
- 8Communicate with dispatch and customers using the provided iPad with data package.
Requirements6
- 1Valid Class A CDL license.
- 21+ years of Class A CDL OTR or regional experience.
- 322+ years of age.
- 4Clean driving record and stable work history.
- 5Willingness to be out 10-14 days at a time.
- 6Ability to drive nights as required.
