What You'll Do7
- 1Haul flatbed freight over the road, secure and inspect cargo on Volvo, Freightliner, International, and Kenworth trucks.
- 2Run 3 weeks out with 4 days home, or 25 days out with 5 days home, or 1 month out with 1 week home.
- 3Coordinate with dispatch (8:1 ratio) to pre-plan loads and minimize deadhead.
- 4Maintain logs and comply with all safety and DOT regulations.
- 5Deliver on schedule, adapting to weather and traffic.
- 6Keep your rig clean and perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
- 7Earn $2,000-$2,300 per week via 30% of gross revenue per load.
Requirements6
- 12+ years of verifiable OTR experience in the last 3 years.
- 23+ months of flatbed experience in the last year.
- 3Valid CDL-A license.
- 4Clean driving record and no DOT disqualifying violations.
- 5Ability to secure and tarp flatbed loads as needed.
- 6Willingness to travel nationwide for extended periods.
