What You'll Do8
- 1Drive OTR routes covering 3,000+ miles per week in a flatbed tractor-trailer.
- 2Secure cargo with straps, chains, and tarps to ensure safe transport.
- 3Manage delivery schedules and communicate with dispatch via 24/7 support.
- 4Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to maintain equipment readiness.
- 5Adhere to hours-of-service and safety regulations on all routes.
- 6Provide professional service during pick-up and delivery interactions.
- 7Maintain accurate logs and paperwork for each load.
- 8Coordinate with fleet maintenance for any mechanical issues.
Requirements6
- 1Valid CDL-A with 12+ months combined driving experience including flatbed.
- 2Both OTR and flatbed experience required.
- 3Acceptable MVR: no more than 3 violations in the past 3 years.
- 4No DUI in the past 5 years.
- 5English language proficiency for communication and logs.
- 6Ability to secure loads with tarps, chains, and straps.
