What You'll Do8
- 1Run OTR freight across all 48 states, hauling flatbed, reefer, and van trailers
- 2Drive CDL Class A routes, maintaining on-time delivery and cargo integrity
- 3Complete pre-trip inspections (PTI) on equipment and report issues early
- 4Earn safety bonuses with clean inspections, up to $1,000 per inspection and $300 monthly for PTI compliance
- 5Use ELD and IFTA reporting for compliance and accurate logging
- 6Manage dispatch and routing with 24/7/365 call support, no forced dispatch
- 7Coordinate with the team on cargo, trailer, and maintenance needs
- 8Handle paperwork and communication for detention, layover, and fuel cards
Requirements8
- 1CDL Class A license with a clean MVR record (no SAP drivers)
- 22+ years OTR experience in flatbed, reefer, or van operations
- 3Own or lease a qualifying tractor (2010 or newer)
- 4Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check
- 5Demonstrate good work ethic and team-player mindset
- 6Hold or obtain US DOT number and authority
- 7Maintain ELD and IFTA compliance
- 8Ability to run all 48 states with flexible home time
