What You'll Do9
- 1Drive trucks safely and deliver loads on schedule using Volvo's Freightliners and International rigs
- 2Manage daily logistics including route planning and load securing
- 3Maintain vehicle condition through routine inspections and reporting
- 4Collaborate with dispatch to align routes with business needs
- 5Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
- 6Build relationships with customers and partners
- 7Utilize GPS tracking systems to monitor progress
- 8Own shipments and track performance metrics
- 9Provide feedback to improve operational efficiency
Requirements8
- 15+ years OTR driving experience within the past three years
- 23 months flatbed experience in the last twelve months
- 3Valid CDL-A license with VERIFIABLE experience
- 4Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- 5Strong communication skills for customer interactions
- 6Experience with AWS Certified cloud platforms preferred
- 7Familiarity with React for dashboard customization optional
- 8Commitment to safety and regulatory compliance
