Overview
Operations Clerk-I supporting market operations for a meal management platform. Responsible for onboarding new customers, ensuring smooth launches, and maintaining high-quality client experiences while traveling locally within the Denver Metro area.
What You'll Do11
- 1Launch new customers onto the meal management product and provide onsite support
- 2Address and resolve client issues to ensure a great experience
- 3Gather, document, and escalate client feedback to relevant teams
- 4Troubleshoot and communicate platform processes setup and functionality
- 5Operate with a hands-on detail-oriented approach to problem-solving and process improvement
- 6Manage time and multiple tasks effectively maintaining high accuracy and productivity
- 7Build strong client relationships based on empathy and excellent communication
- 8Utilize collaboration and communication tools such as Slack Zoom Google Sheets
- 9Coachable and adaptable to new technology and data systems
- 10Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- 11Willingness to travel locally on a daily basis within the assigned city
Requirements7
- 1Prior experience in operations support customer service or sales preferably in hospitality
- 2Comfort with ambiguity and ability to work independently

- 5Legally authorized to work no sponsorship available
- 6Ability to travel locally on a daily basis within the assigned city
