What You'll Do10
- 1Lead and coordinate trenchless rehabilitation projects adhering to scope schedule and budget
- 2Prepare detailed construction estimates using HeavyBid Bluebeam and Primavera P6
- 3Develop project schedules and manage timelines with Primavera or similar tools
- 4Read and interpret blueprints schematics and technical drawings to assess requirements
- 5Manage contracts procurement and subcontractor relationships for smooth execution
- 6Oversee site activities ensuring safety standards and quality control
- 7Collaborate with clients engineers and team members to coordinate deliverables
- 8Utilize construction management software for tracking reporting and documentation
- 9Monitor progress identify risks and implement corrective actions
- 10Align work with industry standards like Civil 3D specifications and best practices
Requirements8
- 1Proven experience in construction estimating project management within trenchless rehabilitation or civil infrastructure
- 2Proficiency with ProCore Bluebeam Primavera P6 Civil 3D HeavyBid and other construction tools
- 3Strong knowledge of blueprint reading schematic interpretation contracts administration and site operations
- 4Ability to manage multiple projects with excellent time management
- 5Effective communication for coordinating with clients subcontractors vendors and internal teams
- 6Civil or Construction Engineering degree or equivalent experience preferred
- 7Prior experience with project scheduling construction management methodologies
- 8Ability to work independently while leading teams toward successful completion
